建立了蒸馏容量法测定铅基合金中的砷的分析方法。用稀硝酸溶样,以硫酸铅沉淀形式分离基体铅。砷在30%的盐酸溶液中是A s (Ⅲ)离子状态于108℃时以三氯化砷形式挥发,收集蒸馏出来的三氯化砷并中和至中性,以20%的碳酸氢钠溶液作缓冲液,用碘标准溶液滴定。使用本方法对铅基合金标准样品中的砷的测定,其相对标准偏差为2.50%~3.50%,结果准确可靠,方法切实可行。

Set up the distillation capacity analysis method for determination of arsenic in the lead alloy . With dilute nitric acid to dissolve sample , in the form of lead sulfate precipitation separation matrix of lead . Ar-senic in 30% hydrochloric acid solution is the As ( Ⅲ) ion condition at 108 ℃ in the form of arsenic trichlo-ride volatile , collect distillation of arsenic trichloride and neutralization to neutral , with 20% sodium bicar-bonate solution As a buffer , with iodine standard solution titration . Using this method for the determina-tion of arsenic in lead -based alloy standard samples , the relative standard deviation is 2 .50% ~3 .50% , the results accurate and reliable , the method is feasible .
