针对李子金矿流沙沟矿区浅孔留矿采矿法回采存在的采场出矿效率低、工人劳动强度大、人工放矿粉尘污染大及作业安全性差等问题,进行了漏斗受矿-电耙出矿的浅孔留矿采矿法试验研究。通过对普通漏斗、平底结构、漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构各自特点优化分析,详细介绍了改进的漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构浅孔留矿采矿法试验过程。试验结果表明,漏斗受矿-电耙出矿底部结构大大提高了采场出矿效率,减轻了工人的劳动强度,取得了良好的试验效果。
針對李子金礦流沙溝礦區淺孔留礦採礦法迴採存在的採場齣礦效率低、工人勞動彊度大、人工放礦粉塵汙染大及作業安全性差等問題,進行瞭漏鬥受礦-電耙齣礦的淺孔留礦採礦法試驗研究。通過對普通漏鬥、平底結構、漏鬥受礦-電耙齣礦底部結構各自特點優化分析,詳細介紹瞭改進的漏鬥受礦-電耙齣礦底部結構淺孔留礦採礦法試驗過程。試驗結果錶明,漏鬥受礦-電耙齣礦底部結構大大提高瞭採場齣礦效率,減輕瞭工人的勞動彊度,取得瞭良好的試驗效果。

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency ,high labor intensity ,heavy dust pollution ,and poor operation safety existing in Lizi Gold Mine where short-hole shrinkage method is used ,the test study on the short-hole shrinkage method with funnel reception and scraper discharge was carried out .After optimization analysis of respective advanta-ges of the common funnel ,flat bottom structure and the bottom structure of funnel reception and scraper discharge ,the paper in detail introduced short-hole shrinkage method with the improved bottom structure of funnel reception and scraper discharge .Results show that the bottom structure greatly improved the ore removal efficiency ,mitigated the la-bor intensity and achieved satisfactory experimental effects .
