为有效地改善失地农民的社会保障，为政府部门制定与之相关的政策提供决策参考，基于陕西省关中地区的调研数据，运用次序 Logit 模型对当地失地农民社会保障满意度现状及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明：1）家庭人均年纯收入、就业是否得到保障、自己或在世最亲近老人养老是否得到保障、失地后家庭收入是否减少、失地面积比例和土地补偿金补贴金额等因素对失地农民社会保障满意度的影响较显著。2）提出包括提高土地征用补偿标准合理补偿失地农民，土地确权使土地补偿价格市场化，加强失地农民就业保障，土地入股分红帮助失地农民提高收入水平，将失地农民纳入城镇养老保障体系，以及成立失地农民社会保障管理委员会等促进改善失地农民社会保障的建议。

In order to effectively improve the social security of land-requisitioned peasants and provide a decision reference for government sector making relevant policies.Based on survey data of some areas in Shaanxi Province,using the ordered Logit model,the author studied the present situation and influencing factors of land-lost farmers’social security satisfaction in central Shaanxi area.Results:the significant influencing factors included household annual per capita net income;employment security or not;the closest aged relatives alive had old-age security or not; whether family income reduced after land-requisitioned;the proportion of losing land and land compensation.2)The authors put forward several suggestions in order to improve social security satisfaction of land-requisitioned peasants,including raising land requisition compensation standards, compensating land-requisitioned peasants reasonably, confirmation of land right,accelerating the marketization of the land compensation price,strengthening the employment security of land-requisitioned peasants;pooling of land and share bonus,increasing land-requisitioned peasants’income level,incorporating land-requisitioned peasants into urban pension system, establishing social security committee for land-requisitioned peasants.
