为解决山地丘陵地区物资运输问题,进行了手扶式智能电动助力两轮车整车机械结构、手柄推力检测传感器的设计和系统主程序的设计。电动助力两轮车以 DSPIC30F2010单片机为控制核心,采用模块化设计思想,设计了电流检测模块、电源模块、手柄推力检测模块、刹车信号检测模块、转子位置检测模块和电机驱动模块,构成控制器硬件系统。经测试,手扶式智能电动助力两轮车能实现智能电动助力,让操作更便捷省力,可提高农民的工作效率。

위해결산지구릉지구물자운수문제,진행료수부식지능전동조력량륜차정차궤계결구、수병추력검측전감기적설계화계통주정서적설계。전동조력량륜차이 DSPIC30F2010단편궤위공제핵심,채용모괴화설계사상,설계료전류검측모괴、전원모괴、수병추력검측모괴、찰차신호검측모괴、전자위치검측모괴화전궤구동모괴,구성공제기경건계통。경측시,수부식지능전동조력량륜차능실현지능전동조력,양조작경편첩성력,가제고농민적공작효솔。
In order to solve the transportation problem of hilly area,The authors put forward the design scheme of intelligent electric two-wheel trolley,completed the design of the mechanical structure, the handle thrust detection sensor and system program,taking intelligent Electric Two-wheel Trolley with DSPIC30F2010 microcontroller as control core,based on the idea of modular design,the authors completed the design of current detection module,power supply module,handle thrust detection module,brake signal detection module, rotor position detection module, motor drive module,they constitute the controller hardware system.At the same time completed the design of system program.The testing results showed that this design could automatically provide energy to the two-wheel trolley,make the operation more convenient and effort,improve farmers’productivity.
