为明确散叶装烟密集烤房烘烤的最佳工艺条件，以毕纳1号中部叶为试验材料，进行了不同温湿度对其烟叶物理和经济性状的比较试验，按照 GB2635-92标准评价外观质量和等级结构。结果表明：在变黄期干／湿球温度36℃／32℃、定色后期干／湿球温度50℃／35℃、变黄期干／湿球温度38℃／36℃和定色后期干／湿球温度50℃／37℃下烘烤烟叶的外观质量、均价和产值均较高，其外观质量总分分别为83．20分和83．50分，均价分别为（19．54±1．09）元／kg 和（19．80±1．22）元／kg，产值分别为（3503．10±88．22）元／667m2和（3419．36±45．91）元／667m2。

In order to explore the optimum process conditions and modes,taking middle leaves of cultivar Bina 1 as material,effects of different temperature and humidity conditions on the physical characteristics and economic characters of flue-cured tobacco leaves during loose leaf bulk curing were studied.The results showed that T1 treatment (dry bulb and wet bulb temperature were 36℃ and 32℃ in the leaf yellowing stage respectively;meanwhile,dry bulb and wet bulb temperature were 50℃ and 35℃in the leaf drying stage respectively)and T5 treatment (dry bulb and wet bulb temperature were 38℃ and 36℃ in the leaf yellowing stage respectively;meanwhile,dry bulb and wet bulb temperature were 50℃and 37℃ in the leaf drying stage respectively)had a better appearance quality,a higher average price and output value.Appearance quality standard scores of T1 and T5 were 83.20 and 83.50,average price were (19.5±1.09)Yuan and (19.80±1.22)Yuan,output value per 667m2 were (3 892.33±98.02)Yuan and (3 737.57±10.71)Yuan,respectively.
