为促进烤烟早生快发,通过大棚育苗和田间试验结合的方法,研究漂浮育苗改进技术对移栽前期烤烟生长及生理特性的影响。结果表明:双棚+增氧+干湿交替处理(改进技术)在烟苗移栽后10 d,幼苗根系活力、CAT 、POD、MDA、可溶性糖含量分别是对照(常规漂浮育苗)的2.18倍、1.17倍、1.69倍、10.5倍和1.50倍;移栽后30 d,幼苗根数、总根长、总根表面积和根体积分别是对照的2.0倍、2.04倍、1.97倍和2.08倍。结论:双棚+增氧+干湿交替处理可使烤烟根系发达,茎秆粗壮,叶片展开性能好,显著增强移栽前期烤烟的抗逆能力。

In order to promote the development and growth of flue-tobacco,an experiment was conducted in the greenhouse and field to study the effects of improvement techniques of floating seedling system on early growth and physiological characteristics of flue-cured tobacco in Chongqing.The results showed that the treatment,with integrated technologies of double shed,oxygen increased and dry-wet alternate (DODW),obviously increased plant height,stem girth,maximum leaf length,and maximum leaf width in seedling and early growth of flue-cured tobacco.And it also significantly augmented root numbers,total root length,total root surface area and total root volume,and raised the root activity,and improved the activities of Peroxidase (POD) and Catalase (CAT ), and increased the contents of Malondialdehyde (MDA)and soluble sugar in early growth of flue-cured tobacco.Among them,compared with the control at 10 days after transplanting,the root activity,CAT and POD activity,MDA and soluble sugar contents of the DODW treatment was respectively 2.18 times,1.17 times,1.69 times,10.5 times, and 1.50 times.Meanwhile,root numbers,total root length,total root surface area and root volume of the DODW treatment was respectively 2.00 times,2.04 times,1.97 times and 2.07 times,as compared to the control at 30 days after transplanting.Therefore,the DODW treatment enhanced the root systems developed,stem stout, leaf unfolding performance well, and dramatically strengthened the tobacco resilience in early growth of flue-cured tobacco.
