为了在金荞麦育种和生产中有效利用野生种质资源,对从各地收集的11份野生金荞麦进行田间试验,观察其性状表现,并作聚类分析。结果表明:不同来源的野生金荞麦的叶面积变异幅度最大,为29.2~82.8 cm2、变异系数达38.04%,其中来自罗甸金荞麦的叶面积最大,为87.4 cm2;其次是贵阳金荞麦,为82.8 cm2;水城的叶面积最小,为29.2 cm2。营养成分中粗蛋白含量为2.98%~3.69%,变异系数为7.1%。11份野生金荞麦资源中来自罗甸、平坝和贵阳的金荞麦叶面积较大、粗蛋白含量较高且粗纤维含量较低,其叶面积分别为87.4 cm2、78.2 cm2和82.7cm2,粗蛋白含量分别为3.69%、3.59%和3.48%,粗纤维分别为1.62%、1.64%和1.71%。从表型性状聚类分析可将11份资源分为4类,其中第Ⅰ类具有高产牧草的特性,可从中选育出高产品种;从营养聚类分析可将11份资源分为2类,其中第Ⅰ类的粗蛋白较高且粗纤维和木质素较低,可作为高蛋白的金荞麦育种材料。

In order to effectively use wild germplasm resources in F.cymosum breeding and production, the cluster analysis for character performance of 11 wild Fagopyrum cymosum were observed by field experiment.The results showed that the biggest change of phenotypic character was leaf area with the range of 29.2 ~ 82.8 cm2 ,the variation coefficient was 38.04%,the sample from Luodian has the largest leaf area,which was 87.4 cm2 ;the second was the sample from Guiyang,which was 82.7 cm2 and the smallest of those samples was from Shuicheng,which was 29.2 cm2 .About the nutrition,the biggest change of content was crude protein with the range of 2.98% ~ 3.69% ,of which coefficient of variation was 7.1%;the crude protein of the sample from Luodian was the highest,which was 3.69%;the second was from Pingba,which was 3.59%.The crude fiber of the sample from Luodian was 1.62% and Pingba was 1.64%.Guiyang was 1.71%.The materials couuld be divided into four categories from the phenotypic traits clustering analysis,The first group could be the high yield varieties.The materials could be divided into two categories from the nutrient analysis,The first group had higher crude protein and lower crude fiber and lignin,could be used as a high-protein breeding materials .
