为挖掘与加工番茄叶霉病抗性基因紧密连锁的分子标记，以加工型番茄品种 TD33与TD4606组合产生的220个 F2代单株为作图群体，用复合区间作图法进行 QTL 分析。结果表明：构建了一个包括6个连锁群、47个位点、标记平均间距6．972 cM、全长327．668 cM 的分子标记连锁图谱，与叶霉病抗性相关的3个 QTL，均位于第1连锁群上，分别解释表型变异为19．69％、19．10％和19．70％。加工番茄TD33对 TD4606的叶霉病抗性由3个微效 QTL 共同控制。

To explore molecular markers closely linked with resistant gene of F.fulva,a genetic linkage map was constructed using 220 F2 individuals developed by a cross of TD33 TD4606.The linkage map comprised 47 loci mapped to 6 linkage groups with an average distance of 6.972 cM between markers, covering 327.668 cM.Three QTLs were detected on the first linkage group by composite interval methods,and explained 19.69%,19.10% and 19.70% of the phenotypic variance,respectively,which might mean that the resistance of F.fulva is controlled by three minor QTL.
