针对传统目标威胁评估方法在确定指标权重采用常权法产生“状态失衡”的不足，将变权理论引入到威胁评估中从而确定指标变权向量，使指标权重随指标状态值变化而变化，并结合灰色关联法，构建基于变权灰色关联法的目标威胁评估模型，将变权向量与各目标灰色关联系数进行变权综合，然后将正、负关联度集合得到各目标贴近度，通过仿真验证该模型的的合理性和可行性。
針對傳統目標威脅評估方法在確定指標權重採用常權法產生“狀態失衡”的不足，將變權理論引入到威脅評估中從而確定指標變權嚮量，使指標權重隨指標狀態值變化而變化，併結閤灰色關聯法，構建基于變權灰色關聯法的目標威脅評估模型，將變權嚮量與各目標灰色關聯繫數進行變權綜閤，然後將正、負關聯度集閤得到各目標貼近度，通過倣真驗證該模型的的閤理性和可行性。

Aiming at the shortcomings of state imbalance by constant weight for traditional target threat assessment methods,the variable weight theory is put into threat assessment so as to confirm the variable weight vector,allowing the index weight vary with their state values,then making combination with the method of grey incidence,the threat assessment mathematical model based on the method of variable weight grey incidence is established,firstly,obtaining the variable weight synthesis by integrating the variable weight with the grey incidence coefficient of different targets,and then combining grey incidence degree to calculate the approximation degree of different targets. Finally,a numerical example demonstrates that the method aforementioned is reasonable and effective.
