This article discussed how to organize and manage the project of building the second -grade leveling network of Guangzhou City from the perspectives of the organizational structure , technical verification , project supervision , and quality control .The progress and the quality of the project were fully guaranteed with the introduction of supervision mechanism , regular communication and coordi-nation , the scrutiny of project investment and other effective measures , which can be well referred to when managing currently fiscal -financed surveying and mapping projects .
