运用扫描振动电极技术和局部电化学阻抗谱测量技术,对近中性pH值溶液中X100管线钢应力和氢元素对电化学腐蚀行为的影响因素进行了研究。结果表明,充氢能有效提高钢的阳极溶解,有助于产生一层腐蚀产物,由于氢原子在试样中随时间会发生快速的扩散,所以电荷转移电阻在区域内和区域外基本没什么变化。当局部应力集中不足以接近或达到钢的屈服强度时,钢依然处在相对稳定的状态,并且试样的整个表面的溶解速率不均匀。

In this work, scanning vibrating electrode technique and local electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements were used to investigate the effects of stress and hydrogen on electrochemical corrosion behavior of a X100 pipeline steel in a near-neutral pH solution. Results demonstrated that the hydrogen-charging enhances the local anodic dissolution of the steel, contributing to the formation of a layer of corrosion product. However, there is little difference of the charge-transfer resistance between the regions with and without hydrogen-charging due to rapid diffusion of hydrogen atoms throughout the specimen with time. When the local stress concentration is not significant enough to approach the yielding strength of the steel, the steel is still in a relatively stable state, and there is a uniform distribution of dissolution rate over the whole surface of the steel specimen.
