Based on service oriented architecture , the open system of the framework and OGC standards , it designs the system struc-ture of the construction content , the overall technology architecture , J2EE technical architecture ,.Net technical architecture , client technical architecture , server technology architecture , database structure , platform application service technical framework for emer-gency public geographic information service platform in Xinjiang .It builds each platform components with advanced and mature tech-nology to make sure that platform can efficiently provide unified geographic information services for emergency management work of the localities and departments and implement information resources integration and sharing for various departments .
