本文首先介绍了投影法检测汽车反光镜表面疵病的原理,包括实验仪器的搭建、设备参数的调试及采集的图像特征。然后,同样基于此原理对于部分硬件设备进行改换,并与之前的实验结果对比分析。最后,根据光学原理采用激光干涉仪反射感光的方法实现了突破,检测出了汽车反光镜表面的疵病。此方案为检测出更加细微,难以分辨的光学元件表面疵病提供了一种思路,这项工作具有积极的实际应用意义。

This paper describes the projection method to detect surface flaws car mirror principle, the im-age features include built experimental instruments, equipment commissioning and acquisition parameters. Then, based on this same principle to change some of the hardware devices, and the experimental results were compared with the previous analysis. Finally, the laser interferometer optics reflection method to achieve a breakthrough in the photosensitive detecting a flaw automotive mirror surface. This program is to detect a more subtle and difficult to distinguish the optical element surface flaws provide an idea, this work has a posi-tive practical significance.
