介绍了一种新型偏置式径向柱塞马达的结构特点。利用计算机建模软件UG建立该马达柱塞的三维实体运动模型。在此基础上,对柱塞的运动学特性进行理论分析,结果表明该马达滑靴滑移性能较好,启动和制动迅速,能正反转切换,输出扭矩大,在低速、重载下运转时,运行平稳,不会出现振动和冲击,而且加工和维修难度较低。计算机建模软件的应用对于分析和研究问题带来很大方便。

Introduce the structure characteristics of a new offset radial piston motor. Establish three-dimen-sional entity motion model of this piston motor by virtue of the computer modeling software UG. Carry out the-oretical analysis on the kinematics characteristics of the piston on that basis. It turns out that the slippage of the motor piston is relatively good. It can be initiated and stopped rapidly. Besides, it can be switched between the front and back side, with great output torque. When it is operated under low velocity and heavy load, it runs stably without vibration and impact. Besides, the difficulty degree of the processing and maintaining is relative-ly low. The application of the computer modeling software brings great convenience to the analysis and re-search on the problem.
