内模控制器设计简便,调节参数少,是应用于工程实际的一种行之有效的控制器。然而对于大惯性、大滞后对象及设定值大范围变化的情况,由于在较长时间内存在较大偏差,常规内模控制中隐含的积分调节作用,会导致调节过程存在较大的超调。基于积分分离的设计思想,本文提出了一种积分分离型内模控制器的设计方法,针对典型的二阶惯性加纯滞后对象进行了仿真研究,结果表明了所提出控制方法具有更好的控制效果。

As one of the effective controller, the internal model controller, which is simple to design and has few parameters to adjust, is being applied into practice. However, for objects with large inertia and signifi-cant delay, coupled with the conditions whose set point varies in great ranges, as there is a large deviation dur-ing a long time, implicit role in the conventional internal model control is the integral regulation, which can cause large overshoot in the regulation process. Based on the integral separation’s design ideas, this paper pro-poses a design method of an internal model controller with integral separation, the design method was verified by designing an internal model controller for typical second-order inertia plus time-delay object in the industry process, the simulation results show that the proposed control method has better control effect.
