锅炉主控、汽机主控控制策略简单、磨热一次风门线性度差且故障多,不能满足菏泽电厂#3机组AGC运行要求。通过对其机组运行特点进行深入的研究,设计了一套关于双进双出钢球磨燃料量控制的新方案,提出了一套与AGC运行方式相适应的协调控制策略。实现了机组AGC的投入,提高了AGC的控制品质,并降低了一次风机电耗量。
鍋爐主控、汽機主控控製策略簡單、磨熱一次風門線性度差且故障多,不能滿足菏澤電廠#3機組AGC運行要求。通過對其機組運行特點進行深入的研究,設計瞭一套關于雙進雙齣鋼毬磨燃料量控製的新方案,提齣瞭一套與AGC運行方式相適應的協調控製策略。實現瞭機組AGC的投入,提高瞭AGC的控製品質,併降低瞭一次風機電耗量。

Simple boiler master and turbine master control strategy , frequent malfunction and poor lineari-ty of the mill hot primary air damper can't meet the requirements of AGC mode in Heze power plant # 3 unit. Through in-depth research of the unit operation characteristics,designed a set of new control strategy for # 3 unit which use Double Inlet and Double Outlet Ball Mills. Using the new strategy significantly improved the quality of AGC and reduced the Power consumption of Primary Air Fan.
