A new design of intelligent terminal based on OMAPL138 was proposed by this paper, technical details such as hardware and software design were described. This new design had the advantages of both DSP and ARM, it not only improved the overall performance of the terminal, the on-chip bus architecture also solved the problem of communication between CPU.
