研究了从广西红曲米中分离纯化得到的6株红曲霉菌株产 Monacolin K 的能力并对高产菌株进行鉴定。结果表明:6株红曲霉均具有产Monacolin K的能力,其中LH-M05发酵液中Monacolin K含量最高,达到了177.93 mg/L。依据形态特征、生理生化特征和18S rDNA和28S rDNA D1/D2区序列将菌株LH-M05确定为紫色红曲霉(Monascus purpureus)。
研究瞭從廣西紅麯米中分離純化得到的6株紅麯黴菌株產 Monacolin K 的能力併對高產菌株進行鑒定。結果錶明:6株紅麯黴均具有產Monacolin K的能力,其中LH-M05髮酵液中Monacolin K含量最高,達到瞭177.93 mg/L。依據形態特徵、生理生化特徵和18S rDNA和28S rDNA D1/D2區序列將菌株LH-M05確定為紫色紅麯黴(Monascus purpureus)。

Six strains of Monascus spp.are isolated from red yeast rice in Guangxi Province.The strains with high Monacolin K producing ability are identified.The results show that Monacolin K producing ability is observed for all six strains tested.Among them,LH-M05 strain gives concentra-tion of 177.93 mg/L in fermentation broth.Based on morphological,physiological test and phyloge-netic analysis of 18S rDNA and 28S rDNA D1/D2 sequence,LH-M05 strain is identified as Monascus purpureus.
