故障预测作为近年来的研究热点,是一种提高设备可靠性和降低维护费用的先进技术,而对于模拟电路的故障预测目前还处在起步阶段。本文首先介绍了故障预测技术的概念,然后详细说明了目前国内外的研究现状。针对研究重点模拟电路的故障预测,本文提出了目前存在的问题,并论述了未来的发展趋势,进行了初步探索和展望。

As a research hotspot in recent years, prognostic is a kind of advanced technology to improve the reliability and reduce maintenance costs of equipment. However, prognostic of analog circuits is still in its infancy. This paper first introduces the concept of prognostic technology, and then introduces the research sta-tus inland and abroad in detail. Aimed at the research emphasis of analog circuit fault prediction, this paper puts forward the existing problems, and discusses the future development trend. This paper carries on the pre-liminary exploration and prospect.
