弯板动态称重方法获取的车辆重量、车速、轴距及其它参数能为治理超限提供可靠依据。针对弯板动态称重数据,本文提出采用基于小波的多分辨率分析对弯板信号进行多层分解,去除高频噪声。对比实验结果表明,此方法使弯板波形变得平滑,有效保留原始有用信号,最终降低动态称重误差。

Weight,speed,wheelbase and other parameters of vehicle which obtained by the dynamic weigh-ing method of bending board can offer reliable basis to control extra heavy vehicle. Based on the wavelet trans-form, in this paper it is proposed to carry on signal decomposition and erase the high frequency noise using multiresolution analysis. Experimental results show that the bending board’s waves become smoother, the orig-inal and useful signals were reserved effectively , and the weighing error was reduced at last.
