基于灰色关联分析方法,以掺杂剂、引发剂和乳化剂等影响因素为灰作用量,分析得到了影响电导率的大小顺序为盐酸、过硫酸铵和十二烷基苯磺酸的添加量。考察了以凹凸棒石为模板,把聚苯胺修饰在其表面,形成具有核壳式结构的导电复合材料,建立了盐酸掺杂聚苯胺/凹凸棒石导电材料电导率变化规律的灰色预测模型,分析了不同凹凸棒石量的复合材料的电导率,获得模拟精度为97.69%,一步预测精度为99.13%。结果认为,在一定范围内,凹凸棒石量对电导率变化的影响呈现饱和 S 型增长趋势。得到的定量分析与定性分析结果基本一致。

During the preparation of polyaniline doped with hydrochloric acid material process,the major factors which affect its electroconductibility are the dose of dopant,initiator and emulsifier,etc. While a single reaction condition changes,the interaction of other preparation conditions is unknown,which belong to gray action quantity. The extents of factors affecting the conductivity were analyzed quantitatively using the grey relational analysis with the order of the HCl,APS and DBSA. It examined electrical conductivity which use Attapulgite as templates,putting polyaniline modification on the surface,form composite materi-al with core-shell structure,and set up a grey Verhulst model for the prediction of the electrical conductiv-ity and analyzed electrical conductivity of composite material with different Attapulgite quantity,the simu-lative precision is 97. 69% ,the forecast precision is 99. 13% . The results show that within a certain range,the impact of the conductivity changes of Attapulgite amount appears to increase the Sigmoid curve trend. The qualitative analysis results and quantitative analysis results are consistent.
