以支化聚乙烯亚胺(BPEI)为骨架,将β-环糊精(β-CD)和聚(N-异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAm)引入到 BPEI上,合成出了接枝共聚物(BPEI-CD)-g-PNIPAm。用 FTIR、SEC/ MALLS 和1 H NMR 进行了表征。结果表明,聚合物具有温度敏感性和超分子包合性能。

A graft copolymer,(BPEI-CD)-g-PNIPAm was synthesized by incorporating β-cyclodextrin(β-CD)and poly( N-isopropylacrylamide)( PNIPAm) into the backbone of branched polyethylenimine (BPEI). The structure of the copolymer was characterized by FTIR,SEC / MALLS and 1 H NMR. The re-sults show that the copolymer exhibits thermo-sensitivity and inclusion property.
