介绍了石膏、聚丙烯纤维对超早强灌浆料流动度、终凝时间、抗压和抗折强度等性能指标的影响。结果表明:石膏的掺入可以改善超早强灌浆料的力学强度性能,在石膏掺量为5%时,超早强灌浆料的水化速度较快,硬化浆体微膨胀,结构致密,力学强度等综合指标最好;聚丙烯纤维掺量在0?1%以内时,其力学强度和抗裂性随其掺量的增加而提高,掺量>0?15%时,力学强度开始降低。聚丙烯纤维长度在9mm以内,其抗折强度与纤维长度呈正相关;长度超过12mm,增强效果略有下降。

This paper introduced the effect of gypsum and polypropylene fiber on fluidity, final setting time, compressive strength and flexural strength and other performance indicators of super early strength grouting materials. The results showed that gypsum could improve the mechanical strength properties of super early strength grouting materials. When gypsum content was 5%, hydration speed of super early strength grouting materials was faster, the expansion properties of hardened paste was micro-expansion, the structure was compact, and the comprehensive index of mechanical strength was the best. When polypropylene fiber content was within 0?1%, with the increase of the dosage, the mechanical strength and resistance crack were improved. The dosage was greater than 0?15%, the mechanical strength began to decrease. When polypropylene fiber length was within 9mm, the flexural strength and the fiber length were positively correlated, however when the length was more than 12mm, the enhancement effect decreased slightly.
