通过研究不同比例铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥的超早强耐火灌浆料在不同温度下燃烧30min后的残余强度,分析超早强灌浆料的耐高温机理。结果表明,铝酸盐水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥的比例为1∶7时,超早强灌浆料的经济效益好,在1000℃高温燃烧30min后,残留54?7%的抗压强度。超早强灌浆料的残留抗压强度与温度有较好的拟合关系。
通過研究不同比例鋁痠鹽水泥與普通硅痠鹽水泥的超早彊耐火灌漿料在不同溫度下燃燒30min後的殘餘彊度,分析超早彊灌漿料的耐高溫機理。結果錶明,鋁痠鹽水泥與普通硅痠鹽水泥的比例為1∶7時,超早彊灌漿料的經濟效益好,在1000℃高溫燃燒30min後,殘留54?7%的抗壓彊度。超早彊灌漿料的殘留抗壓彊度與溫度有較好的擬閤關繫。

The authors analyzed residual strength of super early strength grouting material at different temperatures after burning 30 minutes with the different proportion of aluminate cement and ordinary portland cement, and analyzed high temperature resistance of the super early strength grouting material. The results showed that the proportion of aluminate cement and ordinary portland cement was 1∶ 7 , economy benefit of super early strength grouting material was good, and residual compressive strength was 54?7% in the 1 000℃ high temperature after burning 30 minutes. In addition, residual compressive strength of the super early strength grouting materials and temperatures had good fitting relationship.
