运用三螺旋算法，以中韩两国的石墨烯专利数据作为研究对象，以探究三螺旋算法在专利数据上的应用以及测度中韩两国石墨烯领域中的官产学合作关系。研究发现：三螺旋算法也可以很好地用于对专利数据进行挖掘；中国的石墨烯领域与韩国相比，存在着例如官产学合作关系薄弱、大学科研成果转化率低、企业参与度低等问题。针对以上问题，本文提出了针对性的对策建议，希望能对中国的石墨烯产业发展有所启示。
운용삼라선산법，이중한량국적석묵희전리수거작위연구대상，이탐구삼라선산법재전리수거상적응용이급측도중한량국석묵희영역중적관산학합작관계。연구발현：삼라선산법야가이흔호지용우대전리수거진행알굴；중국적석묵희영역여한국상비，존재착례여관산학합작관계박약、대학과연성과전화솔저、기업삼여도저등문제。침대이상문제，본문제출료침대성적대책건의，희망능대중국적석묵희산업발전유소계시。
This paper applies the triple-helix algorithm to patent data and measures the cooperation relationship between government, in-dustry and academic bodies in China and South Korea in the field of grapheme. The study found that the triple-helix algorithm can also be used in effective patent data mining;comparing the situation of grapheme field in China to what it is in South Korea, it is found that the problems in China include:weak cooperation among government, industry and university, low rate of university research conversion, low rate of enterprise participation and so on. To solve the above problems, the paper proposes targeted suggestions, hoping to inspire the de-velopment of grapheme industry in China.
