本文综述了一种新型的膜分离技术---超滤技术在果蔬汁饮料加工、茶饮料加工及乳品加工等实际生产中的应用。并简单介绍了超滤技术应用于中药成分的提取和精制过程。由于超滤技术具有在低温下操作、无相变、能较好地保持汁液风味及营养成分、降低能耗等优点，使其在食品行业中的应用不断扩大，应用前景广阔。
本文綜述瞭一種新型的膜分離技術---超濾技術在果蔬汁飲料加工、茶飲料加工及乳品加工等實際生產中的應用。併簡單介紹瞭超濾技術應用于中藥成分的提取和精製過程。由于超濾技術具有在低溫下操作、無相變、能較好地保持汁液風味及營養成分、降低能耗等優點，使其在食品行業中的應用不斷擴大，應用前景廣闊。

A new type of membrane separation technology-ultra filtration technology was described. Application and some problems in practical aspects of production and storage of fruit and vegetable juice, tea process and dairy pro-cess were presented. And application of ultra-filtration technology in Chinese medicine extraction and refining process was briefly introduced. As ultra-filtration technology had many advantages, such as low temperature operation, without phase-change, juice flavor and nutrients retention, low energy consumption, and so on. Therefore, it has a broad prospect in food industry.
