本文建立了气相色谱法快速测定元宝枫油中神经酸含量的检测方法。样品用硫酸甲醇法进行脂肪酸甲酯制备,用正已烷进行提取,气相色谱法测定,外标法定量。方法的平均回收率在91%~97%,精密度RSD<5%。此方法适用于快速测定元宝枫油中神经酸的含量。

Detection method of nervonic acid in acer truncatum buge oil by gas chromatography was established. Samples preparation of methyl esters by fatty acids sulfate acid-methanol, which were extracted with hexane. Method was analyzed by GC and quantified using external calibration curves. Extraction recoveries were 91%-97%, RSD was less than 5%. Method was suitable for the rapid determination of nervonic acid in acer truncatum buge oil.
