采用微波消解氢化物原子荧光法测定糙米中的汞,研究了微波消解样品的最佳条件。在优化实验条件下,糙米中汞的检出限为0.05μg/L,相对标准偏差为4.53%,回收率为92.00%~110.67%。用标准物质进行对照,其测定值在给定的标准值不确定度范围之内。该法具有快速、简便、重现性好、准确度高、无污染等优点。

Mercury in brown rice was determined by microwave digestion and hydride generation atomic fluorescence spec-trometry,and the optimized conditions were studied.Under the conditions,the detecting limit of mercury was 0.05μg/L,the relative standard deviation was 4.53%and the recovery rate was in the rage of 92.00%~110.67%.Comparison with standard substances,the measured values obtained were within the scope of given uncertainty.The advantages of the method were fast, easy,good repeatability,high accuracy,no pollution,and etc.
