探讨复合菌发酵生物饲料发酵条件的优化,采用植物乳杆菌和酵母菌混合发酵的方法,研究菌种比例、装料量、含水量、发酵温度、接种量、腐植酸钠添加量对发酵产物中活菌数的影响。结果表明:生物饲料的最佳发酵工艺条件为:植物乳杆菌和酵母菌的接种比例为1!1,装料量50 g,含水量50%,发酵温度34℃,接种量10%,腐植酸钠添加量2%。在本试验条件下,复合菌生物饲料中含有植物乳杆菌17.59×108 cfu/g,酵母菌8.84×108 cfu/g。
探討複閤菌髮酵生物飼料髮酵條件的優化,採用植物乳桿菌和酵母菌混閤髮酵的方法,研究菌種比例、裝料量、含水量、髮酵溫度、接種量、腐植痠鈉添加量對髮酵產物中活菌數的影響。結果錶明:生物飼料的最佳髮酵工藝條件為:植物乳桿菌和酵母菌的接種比例為1!1,裝料量50 g,含水量50%,髮酵溫度34℃,接種量10%,腐植痠鈉添加量2%。在本試驗條件下,複閤菌生物飼料中含有植物乳桿菌17.59×108 cfu/g,酵母菌8.84×108 cfu/g。

We discussed the optimization of biological feed fermentation conditions with combined bacterium of Lactobacillus plantarum and yeast,and studied the effects of the strains ratio,initial charge,water content,fermentation temperature,inoc-ulation size and sodium humate amount on the viable count of fermentation product.The results showed that the optimum fer-menting parameter of biological feed were as follows:the ratio of Lactobacillus plantarum∶yeast of 1∶1,initial charge 50 g,water content 50%,fermentation temperature 34℃,inoculation size 10%,and sodium humate amount 2%.Under the condi-tions,biological feed with combined bacterium contained Lactobacillus plantarum 17.59×108 cfu/g and yeast 8.84×108 cfu/g.
