在小麦粉加工过程中,由于磨辊温度升高,导致小麦粉发热,从而造成小麦粉品质下降。针对此问题,论述了当前磨粉机中所采用的冷却方法及冷却式磨辊,分析了水冷却、风冷却、热管式冷却磨辊的冷却效果,对比分析了各种冷却方式的优点及存在的问题,并进一步明确了磨辊降温的重要性及意义,同时展望了冷却式磨辊的发展前景。

In wheat flour milling,grinding roller temperature rising leads a rise in the temperature of wheat flour and a re-duction in flour quality.The current cooling methods and cooling type grinding roller were discussed,and the cooling effect of the water cooling roller,air cooling roller and heat pipe cooling roller were analyzed,and the merits of different cooling ways and the existing problems were compared.In the end,the importance of roller cooling was emphasized,and the development prospects of cooling type grinding roll were put forward.
