为了寻找泌乳奶牛脂肪肝早期诊断方法,本研究从某千头奶牛场随机选取了30头乳酮阳性的奶牛,其中临床酮病牛10头,亚临床酮病牛20头,测定其肝脂含量以及血中代谢指标和肝功指标。试验结果表明,脂肪肝的奶牛存在能量负平衡现象,机体呈现高游离脂肪酸血症、高酮血症,肝脂浸润越重,能量代谢障碍越严重;乳酮阳性出现时间的早晚与脂肪肝的严重程度密切相关,乳酮阳性产后出现的越早,乳酮阳性越明显,肝脂浸润越重;随肝脂浸润程度的加重,肝功多个指标会出现异常,重度的脂肪肝会引发肝功能不全。本试验证明,酮粉法可以作为早期诊断奶牛脂肪肝的初选方法,肝功指标异常可作为诊断脂肪肝的辅助方法,两者结合可作为奶牛脂肪肝的实用、有效和准确的早期诊断方法,准确率可达80%。

위료심조비유내우지방간조기진단방법,본연구종모천두내우장수궤선취료30두유동양성적내우,기중림상동병우10두,아림상동병우20두,측정기간지함량이급혈중대사지표화간공지표。시험결과표명,지방간적내우존재능량부평형현상,궤체정현고유리지방산혈증、고동혈증,간지침윤월중,능량대사장애월엄중;유동양성출현시간적조만여지방간적엄중정도밀절상관,유동양성산후출현적월조,유동양성월명현,간지침윤월중;수간지침윤정도적가중,간공다개지표회출현이상,중도적지방간회인발간공능불전。본시험증명,동분법가이작위조기진단내우지방간적초선방법,간공지표이상가작위진단지방간적보조방법,량자결합가작위내우지방간적실용、유효화준학적조기진단방법,준학솔가체80%。
To investigate early diagnosis ways of fatty liver in lactating dairy cows, 30 dairy cows with positive milk ketone were randomly selected from an intensive dairy farm, including 10 cows with clinical ketosis and 20 cows with subclinical ketosis. Liver fat content, biochemical pa-rameters of blood metabolism and liver function were determined in this study. Results showed that negative energy balance, high circulating free fatty acids and high blood ketone body were present-ed in cows with fatty liver. Moreover, the severity of energy metabolic disorder was depended on the severity of hepatic fatty infiltration. The level of positive milk ketone postpartum was posi-tive correlation with time of fatty liver, and the obvious positive milk ketone and serious fatty infiltration in liver was occurred with positive milk ketone postpartum. The multiple indicators were abnormal with severe fatty infiltration in liver, and severe fatty liver could cause dysfunc-tion. In conclusion, ketone powder could be used as an early primary diagnosis method of fatty liv-er in dairy cows and abnormal liver function could be used as an auxiliary method in early diagno-sis of fatty liver. A combination of both could be used as a practical, efficient and accurate method in early diagnosis of fatty liver and its accurate rate may be up to 80%.
