本研究分析了31对南方大口鲶（Silurus meriaionalis）微卫星标记引物在怀头鲶（Silurus soldatovi）群体中的适用性。结果表明，南方大口鲶微卫星标记引物在怀头群体中具有较高的适用性，共筛选出可以稳定扩增的微卫星标记15对，每个位点等位基因数为1～5个不等；不同重复拷贝类别的位点以富含AC重复单元的等位基因数较多，多态性比较丰富。借用已有的遗传标记资源，增加同目鱼类遗传连锁图谱上遗传标记的密度，将对今后开展怀头鲶种质资源保护及分子育种奠定坚实基础。
본연구분석료31대남방대구염（Silurus meriaionalis）미위성표기인물재부두염（Silurus soldatovi）군체중적괄용성。결과표명，남방대구염미위성표기인물재부두군체중구유교고적괄용성，공사선출가이은정확증적미위성표기15대，매개위점등위기인수위1～5개불등；불동중복고패유별적위점이부함AC중복단원적등위기인수교다，다태성비교봉부。차용이유적유전표기자원，증가동목어류유전련쇄도보상유전표기적밀도，장대금후개전부두염충질자원보호급분자육충전정견실기출。
In this study, thirty-one microsatellite markers from Silurus meriaionalis were se-lected to analyze the applicability of Silurus soldatovi. Among the thirty-one microsatellite mark-ers, fifteen microsatellite loci had high versatility, and the number of alleles per locus was ranged from 1 to 15. The loci with AC repeat motif had more allele, on which the polymorphisms were higher than others. Therefore, they add density of genetic markers on genetic linkage map. More important, it would construct solid foundation for Silurus soldatovi protection and molecular breeding.
