本试验通过在日粮中添加低聚木糖探讨其对早期断奶仔猪肠道结构功能的影响。试验选用72头35日龄、体重9.81±0.41 kg杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪,随机分配成4组,每组3个重复,每个重复6头仔猪,公母各半。第1组为对照组,饲喂玉米-豆粕基础日粮;其余3组分别在各组日粮中添加0.01%、0.02%、0.04%低聚木糖作为试验组。试验预饲期2 d,正试期为28 d。于试验的最后1 d从各重复中随机选取1头仔猪屠宰,并测定胃、十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠和结肠内容物的pH及十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜上皮的绒毛高度和隐窝深度。试验结果显示,试验组猪的胃及各肠段的pH比对照组均有所降低,尤其是0.02%低聚木糖组,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组各肠段的绒毛高度均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),隐窝深度低于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),绒毛高度与隐窝深度之比显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。本试验结果表明,在早期断奶仔猪的日粮中添加低聚木糖,能降低胃肠道内容物的pH,改善早期断奶仔猪肠道的形态结构,以0.02%低聚木糖组效果最为明显。

본시험통과재일량중첨가저취목당탐토기대조기단내자저장도결구공능적영향。시험선용72두35일령、체중9.81±0.41 kg두×장×대삼원잡교자저,수궤분배성4조,매조3개중복,매개중복6두자저,공모각반。제1조위대조조,사위옥미-두박기출일량;기여3조분별재각조일량중첨가0.01%、0.02%、0.04%저취목당작위시험조。시험예사기2 d,정시기위28 d。우시험적최후1 d종각중복중수궤선취1두자저도재,병측정위、십이지장、공장、회장、맹장화결장내용물적pH급십이지장、공장화회장점막상피적융모고도화은와심도。시험결과현시,시험조저적위급각장단적pH비대조조균유소강저,우기시0.02%저취목당조,차이현저(P<0.05);시험조각장단적융모고도균고우대조조,차이현저(P<0.05),은와심도저우대조조,단차이불현저(P>0.05),융모고도여은와심도지비현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。본시험결과표명,재조기단내자저적일량중첨가저취목당,능강저위장도내용물적pH,개선조기단내자저장도적형태결구,이0.02%저취목당조효과최위명현。
The present study was conducted to determine the effects of Xylo-oligosaccharides sup-plementation in weanling piglets diets on performance and blood-serum biochemical indicators. A to-tal of 72 crossbred piglets(Duroc × Landrace × Large white) weaned at 35 days with initial body weighted of 9.81 ± 0.41 kg were randomly divided into 4 groups, each group contained 3 replica-tions, each replication has 6 weanling piglets. The corn-soybean type diet was used as control group. The diets for these groups were added with 0.01%、0.02% and 0.04% XOS to corn-soybean diets, respectively. Preliminary feeding period is 2 d, experimental period is 28 d. At the end of the 1 d, one piglet randomly from the repeated treatment were killed and determined pH, villus height and crypt depth of the stomach, duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum and colon contents. Test results show that the experimental group of pig stomach and the intestine of pH were lower than that of the control group, especially low 0.02% xylose group with significant difference(P<0.05); villus height in the intestine were significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), crypt depth is lower than the control group, but no significant difference(P>0.05)were found, the ratio of villus height to crypt depth is significantly higher than control group(P<0.05). The test re-sults show that the early weaned piglets were added in the diet of xylose, can reduce the pH of the gastrointestinal contents, improve early weaned piglets intestinal morphology, prevent the oc-currence of piglet weaning syndrome, with 0.02% low poly xylose group effect is most obvious.
