目的：评价锁骨下动脉狭窄程度与颅内、外段椎动脉盗血频谱形态分级的关系。方法63例发出椎动脉之前狭窄（或闭塞）的锁骨下动脉患者，分析椎动脉颅内、外段频谱形态变化并进行分组比较。结果锁骨下动脉近段狭窄程度与椎动脉颅外段、颅内段盗血频谱形态变化呈正相关（r分别为0.721、0.793，P<0.01），颅内段椎动脉的盗血频谱较颅外段更加敏感。结论椎动脉盗血频谱形态变化对间接判断锁骨下动脉狭窄程度具有一定的价值。
목적：평개쇄골하동맥협착정도여로내、외단추동맥도혈빈보형태분급적관계。방법63례발출추동맥지전협착（혹폐새）적쇄골하동맥환자，분석추동맥로내、외단빈보형태변화병진행분조비교。결과쇄골하동맥근단협착정도여추동맥로외단、로내단도혈빈보형태변화정정상관（r분별위0.721、0.793，P<0.01），로내단추동맥적도혈빈보교로외단경가민감。결론추동맥도혈빈보형태변화대간접판단쇄골하동맥협착정도구유일정적개치。
Objective To analyze the relationship between the degree of subclavian artery (SA) stenosis and pulse Doppler waveforms of the extracranial/intracranial vertebral artery(VA). Methods A retrospective analysis of VA waveforms was performed in 63 cases with SA stenosis/occlusion before the origin of the VA in conventional angiograms. Results A positive correlation was found between the degree of SA stenosis and the VA waveform (r were 0.721,0.793,P<0.01). Intracranial VA waveform was more sensitive than extracranial VA waveform. Conclusion VA pulse Doppler waveforms can help estimate the degree of SA stenosis indirectly.
