目的:探讨Tei指数结合声学定量技术评价肝硬化患者左心功能的临床价值。方法肝硬化组患者40例,按照Child-Pugh分级分为A级、B级、C级,体检健康者30例为对照组,脉冲多普勒测量其左室Tei指数及左室射血分数(EF),应用Qlab软件测量左房充盈分数(AFF)、左室快速充盈期峰值率(PRFA)。结果肝硬化患者左室Tei指数及AFF高于对照组,PRFA低于对照组(P<0.05),其中Child C级患者Tei指数和AFF高于Child A级,EF和PRFA低于Child A级(P<0.05)。结论 Tei指数结合声学定量技术优于传统方法评价肝硬化患者左心功能,为临床提供了检测肝硬化患者左室功能改变的新方法。

목적:탐토Tei지수결합성학정량기술평개간경화환자좌심공능적림상개치。방법간경화조환자40례,안조Child-Pugh분급분위A급、B급、C급,체검건강자30례위대조조,맥충다보륵측량기좌실Tei지수급좌실사혈분수(EF),응용Qlab연건측량좌방충영분수(AFF)、좌실쾌속충영기봉치솔(PRFA)。결과간경화환자좌실Tei지수급AFF고우대조조,PRFA저우대조조(P<0.05),기중Child C급환자Tei지수화AFF고우Child A급,EF화PRFA저우Child A급(P<0.05)。결론 Tei지수결합성학정량기술우우전통방법평개간경화환자좌심공능,위림상제공료검측간경화환자좌실공능개변적신방법。
Objective To explore clinical value of assessment of left ventricular function in patients with liver cirrhosis using Tei index in combination with acoustic quantitative technique. Methods Left ventricular Tei index and left ventricular ejection fraction (EF) were measured in 40 patients with liver cirrhosis (liver cirrhosis group)and 30 healthy people(control group) using pulse Doppler,liver cirrhosis group were divided into grade A,B,C according to Child-Pugh grading method. The left atrial filling fraction(AFF) and left ventricular rate of rapid filling phase peak(PRFA) were measured using Qlab software. Results Left ventricular Tei index and AFF were higher,PRFA was lower in liver cirrhosis group than those in control group (P<0.05).Tei index and AFF in Child grade C were higher than those in grade A,while EF and PRFA were lower (P < 0.05). Conclusion Tei index in combination with acoustic technology is superior to the traditional quantitative methods on assessment of left heart function in patients with liver cirrhosis,which provides a new way to detect the changes of left ventricular function in patients with liver cirrhosis for clinic.
