以聚马来酸酐、丙烯酸、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)等为单体,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,合成阻垢剂三元聚合物 MA/ AA/ TPEG,在静态条件下,考察了 TPEG 用量、介质 pH、聚合物用量对硅垢的抑制作用。结果表明,使用浓度相等时,MA/ AA/ TPEG-2的抑制效果最佳,在 pH =6,用量为50 mg/ L 时,对硅垢的抑制率可达到65%。
以聚馬來痠酐、丙烯痠、甲基烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)等為單體,以過硫痠銨為引髮劑,閤成阻垢劑三元聚閤物 MA/ AA/ TPEG,在靜態條件下,攷察瞭 TPEG 用量、介質 pH、聚閤物用量對硅垢的抑製作用。結果錶明,使用濃度相等時,MA/ AA/ TPEG-2的抑製效果最佳,在 pH =6,用量為50 mg/ L 時,對硅垢的抑製率可達到65%。
이취마래산항、병희산、갑기희병기취양을희미(TPEG)등위단체,이과류산안위인발제,합성조구제삼원취합물 MA/ AA/ TPEG,재정태조건하,고찰료 TPEG 용량、개질 pH、취합물용량대규구적억제작용。결과표명,사용농도상등시,MA/ AA/ TPEG-2적억제효과최가,재 pH =6,용량위50 mg/ L 시,대규구적억제솔가체도65%。
The tripolymer MA/ AA/ TPEG was prepared by maleic anhydride(MA),acrylic acid(AA) and methyl allyl polyethenoxy ether(TPEG). The polymerization was intiated by the initiator with persul-fate. The content of TPEG,pH and polymer dosage on silica scale inhibition performance of MA/ AA/TPEG was investigated by the screening measurement condition. Results showed that the tripolymer has a certain inhibitory effect on silica scale,MA/ AA/ TPEG-2 has a best inhibition power under the same dos-age of the tripolymer,inhibition power increased to a maximum at pH = 6,about 65% at 50 mg / L.
