用5-磺基水杨醛与邻苯二胺反应,合成了水溶性良好的四齿西佛碱配体磺基 Salophen。研究了磺基 Salo-phen 与铀酰离子发生配位反应生成配合物铀酰-磺基 Salophen 过程的荧光光谱。结果表明,磺基 Salophen 与铀酰配位后体系的荧光显著增强,最大发射波长位于428 nm。应用该反应建立了荧光分析法测定水溶液中铀酰离子的新方法。在优化条件下测定铀酰的线性范围为0.03~4.0 nmol/ mL,检出限为0.015 nmol/ mL。应用建立的荧光法测定了实际水样中的铀酰,回收率为97.0%~104.0%。

Sulfo-Salophen,a water-soluble tetradentate Schiff base ligand of uranyl,was synthesized by the reaction of 5-sulfo-salicylaldehyde with 1,2-phenylenediamine. The coordination reaction of sulfo-Salo-phen with uranyl to form complex uranyl-sulfo-Salophen was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. The re-sult shows that the reaction of sulfo-Salophen with uranyl results in a remarkable enhancement of fluores-cence intensity. The maximum emission wavelength of the fluorescence is at 428 nm. The reaction was used to establish a fluorescence method for the determination of uranyl ion in aqueous solution. Under op-timum conditions,the linear range for the detection of uranyl is 0. 03 to 4. 0 nmol/ mL. The detection limit is 0. 015 nmol/ mL. The proposed fluorescence method has been successfully applied for the determination of uranyl in environmental water samples with the recoveries of 97. 0% to 104. 0% .
