采用共沉淀法制备纳米铜基催化剂,用于固定床反应器连续加氢制备 DL-γ-泛内酯。结果表明,异丁醛和乙醛酸羟醛缩合产物在反应温度120℃,氢气压力7 MPa,液空速0.6~0.8 h -1,n(H2): n(醛)=80:1条件下连续加氢,DL-泛内酯的收率高达98%。催化剂经过700 h 稳定性考察,平均收率﹥96%,反应前后催化剂无明显失活现象,表明催化剂活性稳定,预计有较长使用寿命。

Copper-based catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation and was used for the preparation for DL-γ-butyrolactone in a fixed bed microreactor by the catalytic hydrogenation of the condensation prod-ucts of isobutyraldehyde and glyoxylic acid. The result showed that the optimum reaction conditions were as following:reaction temperature 120 ℃,hydrogen pressure 7 MPa,n(hydrogen): n(aldehyde)= 80: 1 and liquid hourly space velocity 0. 6 ~ 0. 8 h - 1 . Under above conditions,the yield of product was up to 98% . The stability of catalyst was also studied. It showed that there was no obvious deactivation after reac-ting for 700 h,and the average yield was greater than 96% . The results showed that the catalyst was ex-pected to have a long service life.
