利用同步热分析仪对高硫石油焦(JL 焦)、淮北煤(LY 煤)以及淮北煤中掺配不同比例的 JL 焦混样在常压条件下进行 CO2气化研究,并对气化动力学进行了分析。研究表明,JL 焦的气化反应活性远远低于 LY 煤,配入LY 煤能够提高 JL 焦的气化反应性,降低活化能;1150℃之前,转化率的实验值低于加权平均值,且与掺焦比例没有关系;1150℃之后,转化率的实验值高于加权平均值,原因是 LY 煤灰中的矿物质对焦、煤混样的气化起到了催化作用。

The CO2 gasification characteristics of high-sulfur petroleum coke(JL petroleum coke),Huaibei coal(LY coal)and the mixture were studied at the atmospheric conditions on a simultaneous thermal ana-lyzer. The kinetics was analyzed,which showed that the gasification reactivity of JL petroleum coke was far less than LY coal. The gasification reactivity of JL petroleum coke could be improved and activation ener-gy could be reduced by blending LY coal. The experimental values of gasification conversion rate were lower than the weighted average value before 1 150 ℃. After 1 150 ℃ ,the experimental values of gasifi-cation conversion rate were higher than the weighted average values. This is due to mineral in LY coal ash has played a catalytic role on the mixture of coal and petroleum coke during the gasification process.
