以校内人工湖水为菌种来源,对反硝化细菌进行了富集培养,考察培养温度、投菌量、初始亚硝酸盐氮(NO -2-N)浓度等因素对反硝化细菌降解亚硝酸盐的影响。结果表明,当温度28℃,投菌量为每升水中20 mL 反硝化细菌浓缩液,初始亚硝酸盐氮浓度20 mg/ L 时,亚硝酸盐氮去除率高达97.12%。

이교내인공호수위균충래원,대반초화세균진행료부집배양,고찰배양온도、투균량、초시아초산염담(NO -2-N)농도등인소대반초화세균강해아초산염적영향。결과표명,당온도28℃,투균량위매승수중20 mL 반초화세균농축액,초시아초산염담농도20 mg/ L 시,아초산염담거제솔고체97.12%。
Based on the enrichment culture of denitrifying bacteria which were from the school artificial lake,the effects of temperature,amount of bacteria and the initial nitrite nitrogen concentration,etc. on degradation of nitrite by the denitrifying bacteria were investigated. The results showed that under the con-dition with temperature 28 ℃ ,the addition amount of bacteria 20 mL in one liter of water,and the initial nitrite nitrogen concentration of 20 mg / L,removal rate of nitrite nitrogen could get as high as 97. 12% .
