世界海上风电已经过了20多年的时间,获得了长足的发展,且正朝着大规模、深海化、离岸化方向发展。我国海上风力发电国际竞争力在技术、产品、全球化等指标方面还存在着较大距离。本文拟采用目前比较成熟的科学论文分析方法和专利分析方法,从情报学角度剖析海上风力发电的研究前沿热点和研发合作情况,为海上风力发电领域的研发和产业国际合作提供一定的指导,为政府政策选择和企业战略决策提供支持。

On the growing for over 20 years, the technology of offshore wind power in the world has been becoming promising with an even broader scope, greater depth as well as farther distance away from the main land. China still has a long way to go in the competition of techniques, products and globalization connected with the technology of offshore wind power. With the advanced analysis methods of papers and patents, this paper aims at analyzing the most probable developing orientation of offshore wind power, which will not only offer guidance to the further development of offshore wind power as well as international cooperation on it, but provide supportive proposals for the choice of polices for both government and enterprises.
