为了优化蚕沙中黄酮和生物碱的提取工艺,通过单因素试验和正交试验相结合的方法,比较了不同提取方法、提取溶剂、提取时间、提取温度等条件。结果表明:盐酸浓度对生物碱提取率有显著影响,提取温度和提取时间对生物碱提取率无显著影响;各因素对黄酮提取率均无显著影响。综合考虑,最佳生物碱和黄酮提取工艺条件为:0.01 mol/L盐酸,90℃水浴提取2次,每次1h。该提取工艺稳定可靠,可用于蚕沙黄酮和生物碱的提取。

In order to optimize the extraction technology of flavonoids and alkaloids from silkworm faeces , we studied various factors affecting the extraction through single -factor test and orthogonal test .The results showed that hydrochloric concentration had a significant effect on the extraction efficiency of alkaloids , but extraction temperature and extraction time had no significant effect on it.All factors had no significant effect on the extraction efficiency of flavonoids .The optimum extraction technology of flavonoids and alkaloids from silkworm faeces was extracting with 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid through 90 ℃ water bath for 2 times and 1 hour each time.This extraction technology was efficient and reliable , and it could be used for the extraction of flavonoids and alkaloids from silkworm faeces .
