利用仲丁胺在水溶液中受热挥发的特性,建立了顶空气相色谱法快速测定多种水果中仲丁胺残留量的方法。用水提取样品中仲丁胺,提取液离心后,顶空进样,Rtx-17毛细管柱(30 m ×0.25 mm,0.25μm)分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)测定。仲丁胺在0.01~2.00 mg/L范围内,峰面积与质量浓度呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,6种水果的仲丁胺平均回收率为70.22%~115.30%,相对标准偏差为1.1%~11.9%,检出限为0.01 mg/kg。该方法操作过程简单、快速、灵敏,满足仲丁胺残留分析的要求,可用于某些水果中保鲜剂仲丁胺残留量的测定。

A method has been constructed for the rapid determination of sec -butylamine residue in various fruits by means of the headspace gas chromatography based on the volatility of sec -butylamine in heated aqueous solution .Sec-butylamine in sam-ples was extracted by water , and the obtained extracting solution was centrifuged .Then it was analyzed by using headspace sampler in gas chromatography with hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), and was separated by a Rtx -17 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm, 0.25 μm).There was a linear relationship between the peak area and the mass concentration of sec -butylamine from 0.01 to 2.0 mg/L with the correlation coefficient of 0.9996.The average recoveries of sec -butylamine in 6 kinds of fruits varied from 70.22%to 115.30%, the relative standard deviation was 1.1%~11.9%, and the detection limit of the method was 0.01 mg/kg.This method was simple , rapid and sensitive in application , could meet the requirements of sec -butylamine residue analy-sis, and could be used to determine the residual amount of the preservative sec -butylamine in some fruits .
