研究了不同打顶时期对恩施白肋烟烟碱含量及品质的影响，结果表明：打顶处理能够显著增加总干物质积累量，并能增加叶片表皮细胞的饱满程度；打顶处理能够改善调制后白肋烟叶片的物理和化学品质，各部位叶片烟碱含量随打顶时期推迟表现出逐渐降低的趋势。综合各品质性状表现，宜在初花期至盛花期打顶，以期能够更有效地改善恩施白肋烟品质。
연구료불동타정시기대은시백륵연연감함량급품질적영향，결과표명：타정처리능구현저증가총간물질적루량，병능증가협편표피세포적포만정도；타정처리능구개선조제후백륵연협편적물리화화학품질，각부위협편연감함량수타정시기추지표현출축점강저적추세。종합각품질성상표현，의재초화기지성화기타정，이기능구경유효지개선은시백륵연품질。
The impact of different topping times on the nicotine content and quality of Burley tobacco in Enshi was studied .The results showed that topping treatment could significantly increase the total dry matter accumulation , and could also enhance the satia-tion degree of leaf epidermic cells .The treatment of topping could improve the physical and chemical qualities of flue -cured Burley tobacco leaves , and the nicotine content in different parts of leaves all showed a decreasing trend along with the postponement of top -ping time.In order to improve the quality of Burley tobacco in Enshi more effectively , topping should be carried out from the begin-ning of flowering stage to flourishing flowering stage .
