刺槐根瘤菌%桔梗%促生作用

用不同刺槐(Robinia pseudoacacia Linn.)根瘤菌菌株接种桔梗(Platycodon gradiflorus),通过对桔梗的全株长、茎部长、根部长度及桔梗的全株重、茎鲜重、根鲜重等生物量的测定,考察刺槐根瘤菌对桔梗的促生作用,从试验菌株中筛选出具有明显促生作用的根瘤菌菌株。测定结果表明:刺槐根瘤菌菌株SLCH171、SLCH023、SLCH184、SLCH091、SLCH034、SLCH145、SLCH074、SLCH139对桔梗的全株长、根长、全株鲜重、茎鲜重和根鲜重都具有明显的促生作用,尤其是SLCH171、SLCH023、SLCH184这3株菌对桔梗的农艺性状和生物量影响达到了极显著的水平,尤其是能显著增加桔梗的根长度、重量和相关生物量,因而可提高桔梗的产量,为进一步研制桔梗促生菌肥提供了依据。

In order to screen out rhizobia strains with obvious growth -promoting effect on Platycodon gradiflorus, we used dif-ferent strains of Robinia pseudoacacia Linn.rhizobia to inoculate P.gradiflorus, and determined the whole -plant length, stem length, root length, whole-plant weight, stem fresh weight and root fresh weight of P.gradiflorus.The results showed that R. pseudoacacia rhizobia strains SLCH171, SLCH023, SLCH184, SLCH091, SLCH034, SLCH145, SLCH079 and SLCH139 had ob-vious growth-promoting effects on the whole -plant length, root length, whole-plant fresh weight, stem fresh weight and root fresh weight of P.gradiflorus, especially SLCH171, SLCH023 and SLCH184 had very significant influences on the agronomic traits and biomass of P.gradiflorus, and these 3 strains could significantly increase the root length , root weight , related biomass and yield of P.gradiflorus.These results could provide a basis for the further development of P.gradiflorus bio-fertilizer.
