为了降低某电厂600 MW亚临界汽包炉饱和蒸汽钠含量,以预防汽轮机积盐,将该锅炉炉水处理方式由常规磷酸盐处理方式(PT)转换为平衡磷酸盐处理方式(EPT)。试验结果表明:该锅炉炉水EPT工况磷酸盐平衡点为0.45~0.55 mg/L,控制炉水电导率小于10μS/cm、用NaOH调整炉水pH 9.30~9.50、炉水钠小于1000μg/L、饱和蒸汽携带系数(以钠计)小于0.1%,可保证该机组额定工况运行时饱和蒸汽钠小于3.0×10-6 g/kg,达到水汽质量标准要求的期望控制值。
為瞭降低某電廠600 MW亞臨界汽包爐飽和蒸汽鈉含量,以預防汽輪機積鹽,將該鍋爐爐水處理方式由常規燐痠鹽處理方式(PT)轉換為平衡燐痠鹽處理方式(EPT)。試驗結果錶明:該鍋爐爐水EPT工況燐痠鹽平衡點為0.45~0.55 mg/L,控製爐水電導率小于10μS/cm、用NaOH調整爐水pH 9.30~9.50、爐水鈉小于1000μg/L、飽和蒸汽攜帶繫數(以鈉計)小于0.1%,可保證該機組額定工況運行時飽和蒸汽鈉小于3.0×10-6 g/kg,達到水汽質量標準要求的期望控製值。

In order to reduce the content of sodium ions in the saturated steam of a 600 MW sub-critical boiler unit for preventing salt deposition on steam turbine,the routine phosphate treatment method PT has been converted into equilibrium phosphate treatment method(EPT). The experimental results show that the Phosphate Equilibrium Point of the boiler water EPT working condition is 0.45-0.55 mg/L ,and the boiler water conductivity is controlled at less than 10μS/cm. NaOH is used for adjusting the boiler water pH to 9.30-9.50 ,and the sodium in boiler water is less than 1 000μg/L and the carryover coefficient of saturated steam (by sodium) is less than 0.1%,so as to guarantee the saturated sodium in steam to be less than 3.0×10-6 g/kg,while the rated working condition of the unit is running, reaching the expected controlled value required in the steam quality standard.
