目的：探讨红外线照射配合腰椎牵引并康复护理对腰椎间盘突出症的疗效影响。方法：选取2010年1月至2013年12月我科收治的腰椎间盘突出患者90例，随机分为观察组45例和对照组45例，其中对照组患者给予腰椎牵引治疗，观察组患者经腰椎牵引理疗后配合红外线照射并联合康复护理，观察两组患者疼痛症状好转情况。结果：观察组总有效率91.11%明显高于对照组77.78%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：红外线照射配合腰椎牵引并康复护理能发挥协同作用，较单纯腰椎牵引疗法更为显著。

목적：탐토홍외선조사배합요추견인병강복호리대요추간반돌출증적료효영향。방법：선취2010년1월지2013년12월아과수치적요추간반돌출환자90례，수궤분위관찰조45례화대조조45례，기중대조조환자급여요추견인치료，관찰조환자경요추견인리료후배합홍외선조사병연합강복호리，관찰량조환자동통증상호전정황。결과：관찰조총유효솔91.11%명현고우대조조77.78%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：홍외선조사배합요추견인병강복호리능발휘협동작용，교단순요추견인요법경위현저。
Objective:To study the infrared irradiation with lumbar traction and the curative effect of rehabilita-tion nursing on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Selection methods: Between January 2010 and December 2013, our department treated 90 cases of patients with lumbar disc, 45 cases were randomly divided into observation group and the control group, 45 cases of control group patients give lumbar traction treatment, the observation group of patients after lumbar traction physiotherapy with infrared irradiation and combined rehabilitation nursing, observe two groups of patients with pain symptoms improve. Results:The observation group is significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 91.11%91.11%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Infrared irradiation with lumbar traction and rehabilitation nursing can create synergies and relatively simple lumbar traction treatment.
