目的::探讨红外线照射联合局部氧疗及康复新液治疗老年糖尿病压疮的临床疗效。方法:将86例压疮患者分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组患者采用压疮常规方法换药,观察组应用红外线照射联合局部氧疗加康复新液治疗压疮。观察对比两组患者压疮创面的愈合情况。结果:采用红外线照射联合局部氧疗及康复新液治疗老年糖尿病压疮临床效果显著,与常规方法相比缩短了压疮愈合时间,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用红外线照射联合局部氧疗及康复新液治疗老年糖尿病压疮,能改善压疮局部组织缺血、缺氧状况,治愈时间短,安全有效。

목적::탐토홍외선조사연합국부양료급강복신액치료노년당뇨병압창적림상료효。방법:장86례압창환자분위관찰조화대조조,각43례。대조조환자채용압창상규방법환약,관찰조응용홍외선조사연합국부양료가강복신액치료압창。관찰대비량조환자압창창면적유합정황。결과:채용홍외선조사연합국부양료급강복신액치료노년당뇨병압창림상효과현저,여상규방법상비축단료압창유합시간,차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:채용홍외선조사연합국부양료급강복신액치료노년당뇨병압창,능개선압창국부조직결혈、결양상황,치유시간단,안전유효。
Objective:To explore the new liquid infrared irradiation combined local oxygen therapy and rehabili-tation treatment of senile diabetes clinical curative effect of pressure ulcers. Methods:86 patients with pressure ul-cers were divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases each. The control group were treated by conven-tional method applying pressure ulcers, observation group application infrared irradiation combined local new liquid oxygen therapy and rehabilitation treatment of pressure ulcers. Observation compared two groups of patients with pressure ulcers wound healing. Results:The infrared irradiation combined local new liquid oxygen therapy and reha-bilitation treatment of senile diabetes pressure ulcer clinical effect is remarkable, compared with the conventional method to shorten the ulcer healing time, differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Using in-frared irradiation combined local new liquid oxygen therapy and rehabilitation treatment of senile diabetes pressure ulcers, can improve local tissue ischemia and hypoxia pressure ulcers, short cure time, safe and effective.
