目的观察胃癌组织中Endoglin标记的微血管密度计数(MVD)和脾酪氨酸激酶(Syk)的表达.方法应用免疫组织化学法检测50例胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织和癌旁组织中Endoglin标记的MVD和Syk表达水平.结果 Endoglin标记的MVD胃癌组织的表达强度为(62.62±4.08),明显高于癌旁组织的表达强度(45.79±3.37),两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；Syk胃癌组织的阳性表达率为44.00％ (22/50),明显低于癌旁组织阳性表达率92.00％ (46/50),两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；Endoglin标记的MVD表达强度与胃癌TNM分期、组织学分化程度、淋巴结转移明显相关(P＜0.05),Syk表达水平与胃癌TNM分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P＜0.05).结论胃癌组织中Endoglin和Syk表达水平的检测有助于判断胃癌病情和预后.

Objective To study the expression of Microvessel density (MVD) marked with Endoglin and spleen tyosine kinase (Syk) in gastric carcinoma.Methods The expression levels of MVD marked with endoglin and Syk in gastric carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal gastric tissues (8 cm distanee away from the margin of gastric carcinoma) were examined by using immunohistochemical method.Results The expression of MVD marked with endoglin was (62.62 ± 4.08) in gastric carcinoma tissues,and (45.79 ± 3.37) in non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (P ＜ 0.01),the expression rate of Syk was 44.00％ (22/50) in gastric carcinoma tissues,and 92.00％ (46/50) in non-cancerous adjacent gastric tissues (P ＜0.01) ; the expressions of MVD were related to TNM stage,histology grade and lymph node metastasis (P ＜ 0.05),the expressions of Syk were related to TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P ＜0.05).Conclusion These results demonstrate that determination of Endoglin and Syk may be value in making diagnosis,evluating evlution of disease in patients with gastric carcinoma.
