为了满足在辛烷值损失较小的情况下生产“无硫汽油”,抚顺石油化工研究院开发出了OCT-ME催化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术。2012年,首套 OCT-ME 装置在中国石化湛江东兴石油化工有限公司成功工业应用,标定结果表明OCT-ME技术将FCC汽油硫质量分数由平均466μg/g降低到9.7μg/g,RON损失1.8个单位,表明OCT-ME技术能够满足我国炼厂生产“无硫汽油”的需要。

In order to produce sulfur-free gasoline with lower octane number loss, OCT-ME process was developed by FRIPP, it can deeply remove sulfur of FCC gasoline. First commercial application of OCT-ME process in production of ultra-clean gasoline with sulfur content less 10 μg/g was carried out in Sinopec Zhanjinag Dongxing refinery in 2012. The commercial application results showed that FCCN with average sulfur content of 466 μg/g was treated by OCT-ME to products with sulfur contents of 9.7 μg/g, octane number (RON) loss was 1.8 units. It’s proved that OCT-ME process can meet the need for production of sulfur-free gasoline in refineries of China.
